Cancellation & Refund Policy
At The Palace by Park Jewels, we understand that travel plans may change. The following policy outlines the cancellation and refund terms applicable to reservations made through our website or reservation channels.
Cancellation Policy
- Reservations cancelled 7 days or more before the scheduled arrival date will be eligible for a full refund, excluding applicable payment gateway charges.
- Reservations cancelled within 7 days of arrival may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s stay.
- Reservations cancelled within 48 hours of arrival may be charged up to 100% of the booking amount.
Non-Refundable Reservations
Certain promotional rates, discounted packages, advance purchase offers, or special event bookings may be designated as non-refundable. Such conditions will be clearly stated during the booking process.
No-Show Policy
Failure to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notification will be considered a no-show. In such cases, the full booking amount may be charged and no refund will be issued.
Early Departure
No refunds will be provided for unused room nights resulting from early check-out unless otherwise approved by hotel management.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during booking.
- Refunds are generally processed within 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider and banking institution.
Force Majeure
Refunds and cancellations due to events beyond the reasonable control of The Palace by Park Jewels, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies, will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
