2. Check-In and Check-Out

  • Standard Check-In Time: 2:00 PM
  • Standard Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
  • Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Guest Identification

  • Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in.
  • International guests are required to provide a valid passport and visa as per applicable regulations.

4. Payment Policy

  • Payment terms may vary depending on the selected room rate and booking package.
  • The hotel accepts major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other approved payment methods.
  • Applicable taxes and government charges will be added as per prevailing regulations.

5. Guest Conduct

  • Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respect other guests, staff, and hotel property.
  • Any damage caused to hotel property may result in repair or replacement charges.
  • The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a stay without refund in case of misconduct, illegal activities, or violation of hotel policies.

6. Hotel Facilities and Services

  • The Palace by Park Jewels reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any facility or service without prior notice.

7. Liability

  • The hotel shall not be responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
  • Guests are advised to secure valuables and use available safety facilities where provided.

8. Force Majeure

The Palace by Park Jewels shall not be held liable for failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, labor disputes, or unforeseen emergencies.

9. Changes to Terms

The hotel reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the website and will become effective immediately upon publication.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
